问题的提出弹性挡圈在机械制造业中使用非常广泛。挡圈槽宽的尺寸和制造公差一般都按照国标上推荐的数值取用。本文想就合理地放大槽宽尺寸和放宽公差要求等方面发表一些意见,以便简化设计和制造过程,降低生产成本,请同行们多多指教。挡圈槽宽,在现行国标GB893-76和GB894-76中的推荐值,对应于各种不同的直径尺寸段,轴用的共分为0.5,0.7,……2.7和3.2等九档,孔用的共七档,同时分别设定制造公差为_0~(+0.07),_0~(+0.12)和_0~(+0.16)三档。这些数值究竟是否合理?实际使用效果和经济效果如何?能否修改得更实用些?看来很有讨论的必要。我厂在按国标推荐的数值进行零件加工的过程中发现有这样一些问题:一是,加工困难,槽宽公差很难达到。例如在小尺寸段,槽宽本身在0.9mm以下,
