目的:提高对急性视网膜坏死的认识水平,避免误诊.方法:回顾性分析我院1989年1月～2004年12月所接诊8例11眼急性视网膜坏死首诊误诊的情况及采取干预措施后的情况.结果:本组8例

目的:提高对急性视网膜坏死的认识水平,避免误诊.方法:回顾性分析我院1989年1月～2004年12月所接诊8例11眼急性视网膜坏死首诊误诊的情况及采取干预措施后的情况.结果:本组8例全部误诊,其中在我院误诊4例6眼,外院误诊4例5眼.误诊为葡萄膜炎6例8眼,视网膜血管炎1例2眼,青光眼-睫状体炎综合征1例1眼.误诊时间0～23天,平均5.88天.在2000年以前误诊4例6眼,其中我院首诊误诊3例5眼,外院首诊误诊1例1眼,平均误诊时间10.75天;2000年以后误诊4例5眼,我院误诊1例1眼,外院误诊3例
