由于锡离子水解趋势非常强烈, 用常规的水溶液交换法难以实现分子筛与Sn(Ⅳ)离子交换, 而用微波离子交换法能有效地将Sn(Ⅳ)引入分子筛孔内,交换效果与分子筛的类型及硅铝比有关。用XRD、UV-VIS方法对微波离子交换的ZSM-5 分子筛进行表征, 结果表明, 微波离子交换有利于金属氧化物纳米材料在分子筛内部形成。
Due to the strong tendency of tin ion hydrolysis, it is difficult to achieve the exchange of molecular sieve with Sn (Ⅳ) by conventional aqueous solution exchange method. Sn (Ⅳ) can be effectively introduced into molecular sieve pores by microwave ion exchange method. And the ratio of silica to aluminum. The XRD and UV-VIS methods were used to characterize the microwave-ion-exchanged zeolite ZSM-5. The results showed that microwave ion-exchange was beneficial to the formation of metal oxide nanomaterials inside the zeolite.
