目的:建立HPLC测定葛根饮片中3’-羟基葛根素、葛根素、3’-甲氧基葛根素、大豆苷元-8-C-芹菜糖-(1→6)葡萄糖苷和大豆苷5个成分含量的方法。方法:采用Zorbax C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.02%磷酸(25∶75)为流动相,检测波长250 nm。结果:方法学考察合格,并测定了12批葛根饮片中5个成分的含量。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确度高,可作为葛根饮片的质量标准。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of 3’-hydroxy puerarin, puerarin, 3’-methoxy puerarin, daidzein -8-C-apioside- Method of content of ingredients. Methods: Zorbax C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used with mobile phase consisted of methanol and 0.02% phosphoric acid (25:75). The detection wavelength was 250 nm. Results: The methodological study was qualified, and the contents of five components in 12 batches of Pueraria lobata tablets were determined. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can be used as the quality standard of Gegen root slices.
