一、概述:HART-1型滤嘴棒硬度测定仪是参照英国 Filtrona 硬度仪的基础上,经过改进仿制成功的一种测量装置。在开封第二仪表厂、北京卷烟厂支持配合下,经过十个月的工作,已试制样机三台。从样机与 Filtrona硬度仪对比试验的测试数据中表明,样机和国外仪器在精度和稳定性上基本一致,而精度还较之略高。精度和稳定性均已达到国外同类产品标准。该仪器性能稳定,结构简单,操作简便,体积小,造价低。所以运用在滤嘴棒的硬度检测上,是一种比较理想的仪器。
First, an overview: HART-1-type filter rod hardness tester is based on the British Filtrona hardness tester based on the success of improved imitation of a measuring device. In Kaifeng second instrument factory, Beijing Cigarette Factory support and cooperation, after ten months of work, has prototype three prototype. Test data from the prototype and the Filtrona hardness tester test showed that the prototype and foreign instruments in the accuracy and stability are basically the same, but the accuracy is also slightly higher. Accuracy and stability have reached the standard of similar products abroad. The instrument has stable performance, simple structure, easy operation, small size and low cost. Therefore, the use of filter rod hardness testing, is an ideal instrument.
