政以才兴,业以才治。在“十二五”的第一个奋斗的春天里,我省2010年面向全国公开选拔的28名领导干部,走马上任,为贵州加快发展注入新的力量。这次公开选拔领导干部工作,是我省放眼全国、汇聚人才的务实之举,也是公开透明、提高选人用人公信度和满意度的生动实践。一个风清气正、竞争择优的良好选人用人环境的形成,必将为贵州又好又快、更好更快发展提供强大支撑和不竭动力。
Politics only Xing, industry to only rule. In the spring of the first “Twelfth Five-Year Plan”, the 28 leading cadres open to the public in 2010 in our province took the initiative to inject new strength into Guizhou’s accelerated development. This open selection of leading cadres is a pragmatic move by our province to look to the whole country and bring together qualified personnel. It is also a vivid practice of being open and transparent and improving the credibility and satisfaction of the candidates for employment.
