本文在住房供应现状分析的基础上,提出了解决问题的方法。在建立和完善住房供应结构体系时,既要考虑到满足不同层次家庭的基本住房需求和改善性住房需求,又要分清轻重缓急。首先,应加大住房保障的力度;其次,在稳定房价和住房供应制度创新的基础上,满足中等收入层次住房困难家庭的住房需求;再次,改善性住房需求以及高收入层次家庭的住房需求的满足。此外,本文对经济适用住房、共有产权住房和土地使用权出让方式提出了创新性设想。
Based on the analysis of the status quo of housing supply, this paper puts forward a solution to the problem.
