随着近几年我国干旱情况愈发严重,在评价小豆资源时,抗旱性成为其十分重要的一个指标。研究不同浓度的聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)对3份晋小豆品种的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数、相对根长等指标的影响。结果表明,15%的PEG-6000对小豆品种芽期抗旱性指标影响显著。在15%的PEG-6000浓度条件下,对所选的65份小豆种质资源进行上述5个指标测定,经试验表明,所选材料中B1148、B1203、B1101、B1137、B1109、B1284、B2096、B1129、B0133几个资源的抗旱性较强。
With the increasingly serious drought in recent years in our country, drought resistance has become an extremely important indicator in the evaluation of adzuki bean resources. The effects of different concentrations of polyethylene glycol (PEG-6000) on the germination potential, germination rate, germination index, vigor index and relative root length of three kinds of Jindou bean varieties were studied. The results showed that 15% PEG-6000 had significant effect on the drought resistance index of adzuki bean varieties at the bud stage. Under the condition of 15% PEG-6000 concentration, the above five indexes of 65 selected adzuki bean germplasm resources were tested. The results showed that the selected materials B1148, B1203, B1101, B1137, B1109, B1284, B2096, B1129, B0133 Several resources have stronger drought resistance.
