针对航天领域使用的阻尼器需求,采用静磁场的分析方法,对比了四种电涡流阻尼器在永磁体表面和电涡流板处的最大磁场强度;同时采用瞬态磁场的分析方法,对比了阻尼系数和重量代价,发现采用双排永磁体排列的构型方案能够使得阻尼系数重量比最优。在最优方案的基础上,重点分析了阻尼器中永磁体高度、永磁体宽度、气隙宽度等关键参数与阻尼系数之间的变化规律,优化之后的阻尼系数重量比提高了23%。
In order to meet the demand of dampers used in the aerospace field, the static magnetic field analysis method was used to compare the maximum magnetic field strength of the four kinds of eddy current dampers on the surface of the permanent magnet and the eddy current plate. At the same time, Coefficient and weight cost, it is found that the configuration scheme of arranging double-row permanent magnets can make the damping coefficient weight ratio optimal. On the basis of the optimal scheme, the variation rules of the key parameters such as the height of permanent magnet, the length of permanent magnet, the width of air gap and damping coefficient were analyzed emphatically. After the optimization, the damping coefficient weight ratio increased by 23%.
