实体瘤的生长和转移依赖于血管生成。用抗血管生成剂靶向肿瘤血管生成是新的肿瘤治疗方法之一。观察转染内皮抑素基因联合放射治疗对人肝癌BEL7402细咆株裸鼠移植瘤生长的影响,以探索内皮抑素联合放射治疗对肿瘤的治疗作用。
Solid tumor growth and metastasis depends on angiogenesis. Targeting tumor angiogenesis with anti-angiogenic agents is one of the new cancer treatments. To investigate the effect of transfected endostatin gene combined with radiotherapy on the growth of transplanted human hepatoma BEL7402 cells in nude mice to explore the therapeutic effect of endostatin combined with radiotherapy on the tumor.
