采用“气道内二次燃油喷射”技术以实现汽油机稀混合气燃烧。将每循环所需燃油量分两部分喷射 ,一部分燃油为缸内提供均质稀混合气 ,另一部分燃油借助进气流动和适时喷射使混合气形成“局部分层”。在一台五气门汽油机上实验证实 ,这种新喷油方式能够节油 17% ,比传统稀燃方式提高稀燃能力 2个空燃比单位 ,并进一步降低HC和 NOx 排放浓度 30 %~ 5 0 %。调节两部分喷油的分配比例 ,可自由控制火花塞周围混合气浓度及其它区域混合气的浓度
Adopting the technology of secondary air injection in air passage to realize lean burn combustion of gasoline engine. The amount of fuel required for each cycle is injected in two parts. A part of the fuel provides a homogeneous lean mixture in the cylinder. The other part of the fuel forms “partial delamination” by means of intake flow and timely injection. Experiments on a five-valve gasoline engine confirmed that this new fuel injection method can save fuel by 17%, and increase lean burn capacity by 2 air-fuel ratio units compared with the traditional lean burn mode, and further reduce the emission concentration of HC and NOx by 30% ~ 50 %.
