以全国通用的重力式无阀滤池为研究对象,对其进水系统和冲洗系统进行部分改造,利用真空系统控制无阀滤池的进水和冲洗。无阀滤池的运行及管理均采用闭环自动控制。根据驷马桥水厂现有设备的实际情况,采取只改变进水、冲水系统真空形成方式的方法,使其缩短真空形成时间并提高真空度。这样,既可以克服重力式无阀滤池的缺点,又可在实现全程、全自动监控滤池运行的同时,提高周期产水量减少生产自用水量。
The gravity-type valve-free filter in the country is taken as the research object, the influent system and the flushing system are partially modified, and the vacuum system is used to control the inflow and flushing of the valveless filter. Valveless filter operation and management are closed-loop automatic control. According to the actual situation of the existing equipment in the Yingmaqiao Water Plant, a method of changing only the vacuum forming method of the influent and flushing systems is adopted to shorten the vacuum forming time and increase the vacuum degree. In this way, both can overcome the shortcomings of gravity valveless filter, but also in the realization of full, automatic monitoring filter operation, while increasing the cycle of water production to reduce the production of water for personal use.
