评价应该贯穿着教学的始终,成为调动学生参与动力的一根“魔棒”。然而,笔者发现由于教师对评价的作用、意义和原理缺乏足够的认识,导致课堂评价步入了误区,如评价设计缺乏整体性、发展性和激励性,只注重学习结果,不注重情感态度的形成,人文关怀力度不够。因此,如何真正地发挥评价的激励、指导与提升作用,让学生迸发学习热情,更好地为学生的全面发展服务,应当成为课堂教学评价方面亟需解决的一个问题。一、对程式化的评价设计的反思
