介绍了燃料元件UO_2芯块中~(235)U丰度混料的无损检查仪(以下简称丰度仪)的研制和使 用情况。该丰度仪采用无源γ射线测量技术,使用带孔碘化钠晶体和四通道多路分析器,提高了检测效率,用平均值比较法处理数据降低了误检率。仪器结构简单,操作方便,为我国燃料元件生产提供了一种新的检测手段,已成功地用于秦山电站燃料元件生产检验。
The development and application of nondestructive testing instrument (hereinafter referred to as Abundance instrument) of ~ (235) U abundance mixture in fuel element UO_2 pellets are introduced. The instrument uses passive γ-ray measurement technology, using a porous sodium iodide crystals and four-channel multiplexer to improve the detection efficiency, the average value of the comparison method to reduce the data rate of false positives. The instrument has the advantages of simple structure and convenient operation, which provides a new detecting means for the production of fuel components in China and has been successfully used for the production of fuel components in Qinshan Power Station.
