1999年2月11日,单县曹庄乡李庄村西徐庄发生了一起因磷化锌混入面粉引起的食物中毒.1中毒经过1999年2月10日上午,村民张新年宴请亲戚、邻居.宴后的剩菜和水饺,由张新年兄弟3人各自拿回家继续食用.2月11日晨,张新年之妻出现头晕、头痛、抽搐、牙关紧闭、口吐白沫等症状,继而晕倒.之后其家人相继发病14人,症状均相似.张新年之侄女发病后持续昏迷,于19日22:00抢救无效死亡,其余13名患者陆续痊愈.2调查结果接到报告后,派人到现场调查,并进行采样.2月11日起只有张家14人发病,被宴请的亲朋邻居并无发病者.而且张家14名患者中,有仅吃水饺而未吃剩余肉菜者.据此可以推断,本次食物中毒与肉菜无关.对病人曾经食用过的面粉、水饺、猪肉、羊肉、蔬菜等样
