近日,中国石化华北石油工程公司井下1402固井队成功研发井口扶正器,有效解决表层固井中由于套管尺寸大而造成的井口居中困难,以及所导致的一系列后期作业风险。在表层固井中,由于套管尺寸大,井口居中难度也随之增大,造成部分井眼表层套管偏斜。而后期作业对表层套管壁磨损严重,井口承压能力差,甚至有部分井出现表层套管受压破裂的情况,后期作业风险很大。针对以上难题,该队和中国石化西北油田分公司工程监督中心通力合作,经过长期调研和多次试验,成功研发表层套管井口扶正器。扶正器为圆环状,外部根据井口情况有适当的斜坡角,在下套管前放入井口,通过减小下套管时井口与套管间隙,有效起到
