法治思维、法治精神、依法治国是我国在长期的发展的实践中得到的精神财富,也是治国、治军的重要武器,尤其是在全面建设社会主义的关键时期,加强军队的内部建设,实现军队管理的科学化、全面化与制度化既是新时期军队建设的必然举措,更是实现军队治理与管理有序推进、协调发展的根本保障。因此在今后的实践工作中,更要辩证地分析法治思维、法治精神与法治方式的内在关系,并其中汲取养分,全面运用于军队建设的各个工作环节之中,深化军队改革成效,凸显军队现代化管理模式的重要作用与现实意义,不断充实我国军队整体实力,使我国军队改革之路更为顺畅。
