本文研究 NaClO_4、硫脲嘧啶诱发实验大鼠甲低功甲状腺过氧化物酶(TPO)和肝脏α-磷酸甘油脱氢酶活性变化。结果表明,实验大鼠甲状腺过氧化物酶活性明显增高,说明在甲低早期,由于血清 T_4含量下降,通过负反馈作用使垂体 TSH 分泌增高,促进甲状腺 TPO 的合成和甲状腺滤泡的增殖。另一方面,血清 T_4下降出现肝脏(靶器官)α-GPD 活性下降。这提示我们,研究实验动物甲低功的同时应该注意到靶器官的功能变化,
In this paper, the changes of hypogonadal thyroid peroxidase (TPO) and hepatic α-glycerophosphate dehydrogenase activity in NaClO_4 and thiouracil-induced rats were studied. The results showed that the activity of thyroid peroxidase in experimental rats was significantly increased, indicating that in the early stage of hypothyroidism, the secretion of TSH was increased due to the decrease of serum T_4 level, which promoted the synthesis of thyroid TPO and the proliferation of thyroid follicles. On the other hand, decreased serum T 4 results in decreased hepatic (target organ) α-GPD activity.
