一九八二年第五期《天文爱好者》刊有张志富同志的文章,题目是:“东方总是比西方先看到日出吗?”(以下简称“前文”)。文章认为中学《中国地理》课本上册第一章“时区和日界线”一节中“东方总是比西方先看到日出”的说法不够准确。“前文”作者这种勇于探索、勤于思考的精神是可嘉的,然而不能不指出,“前文”的立论是不科学的,命题是不妥 In the fifth issue of “Astronomy Enthusiasts” in 1982, an article by Comrade Zhang Zhifu was published. The title of the article was: “Does the East always see sunrise before the West?” (hereinafter referred to as “before”). The article argues that the teaching of “China Geography” in the secondary school textbooks, Chapter One, “Time Zones and Date Lines,” and “The East is always the first to see sunrise in the West” is not accurate enough. The spirit of the author’s courage to explore and diligent in thinking is commendable. However, one cannot fail to point out that the argument of “preceding text” is unscientific and the proposition is not appropriate.
