文化民生是以全体人民的文化幸福为中心的民生思想。历史唯物主义是关于社会历史发展的科学理论,也是关于人类社会发展规律的客观真理,对文化民生及其建设具有重要的阐释价值和指导作用。
Cultural livelihood is based on the people’s cultural well-being of the people’s livelihood. Historical materialism is a scientific theory about the development of social history and also an objective truth about the law of development of human society. It has an important value of interpretation and guidance for cultural livelihood and its construction.
