一直以来,英语学科的教与学是中职学校教师和学生们皆头疼的问题。鉴于中职教育所面临的学生群体有着一定的特殊性,学生的文化课基础普遍较差,并伴随着极易冲动、极易自我否定等负面情绪。而且,由于我们教学中存在的种种不足之处使得学生们对英语课堂也有着相当多的抱怨,普遍认为“课堂内容与所学专业风马牛不相及”、“课堂教学枯燥,打不起精神”、“没有良好的学习氛围”等等。致使英语几乎地成了职校生们所认为的“最难学”、“最不想学”甚至“最无用”的学科。因此,他们在英语课堂上的表现往往显得很勉强。但是,我们的学生并非不想提高英语成绩,只是目前还不得法或由于基础较差而力不从心。这就要求在中职英语教育中,我们教师要因材施教,根据学生的现实状况,采用恰当的教学方法,激发他们的学习动力,潜心教学,帮助他们尽快地实现学习愿望,提高学生们英语水平。
English teaching and learning has always been a problem for secondary school teachers and students. In view of the particularity of the student group that the secondary vocational education faces, the students are generally poorly educated, accompanied by the negative emotions such as extreme urgency and self-denial. Moreover, due to the shortcomings in our teaching so that students also have a lot of complaints about the English class, generally agreed that “the content of the classroom is not consistent with the professionalism ”, “classroom teaching boring, Can not afford the spirit ”, “ no good learning atmosphere ”and so on. As a result, English has almost become the subject of “most difficult to learn”, “least to learn” or even “most useless” considered by vocational school students. Therefore, their performance in the English classroom often appears very reluctantly. However, our students do not want to improve their English scores, but they are still unlawful or unable to do so due to poor foundation. This requires that in secondary vocational school English education, our teachers should teach students according to their aptitudes, adopt appropriate teaching methods according to the actual conditions of students, motivate their motivation to learn, and devote themselves to teaching so as to help them fulfill their learning desires and improve their English proficiency.
