作者用血吸虫感染预先存在 Th2型免疫背景的小鼠 ,证实共同使用含有胞苷酸鸟苷 ( Cp G)免疫刺激序列的寡脱氧核苷酸( ODN)和缺失 gp1 2 0的 1型人类免疫缺陷病毒 ( HIV- 1 )灭活病毒颗粒 ( HIV- 1免疫原 ) ,能诱生强的 Th1型抗 - HIV- 1免疫应答 ,并克服 Th2型应答的倾向。
Infection of mice with pre-existing Th2-type immune backgrounds with Schistosoma japonicum confirmed the co-use of oligodeoxynucleotides (ODNs) containing the immunostimulatory sequence of cytidine guanosine (CpG) and human immunodeficiency type 1 deficient in gp120 Virus (HIV-1) inactivates virions (HIV-1 immunogen), induces a strong Th1-type anti-HIV-1 immune response and overcomes the propensity for a Th2-type response.
