应用艾森克人格问卷分析飞行学员人格特征

目的 探讨飞行学员人格特征的变化趋势。方法 用艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)对空军某飞行学院1991级飞行学员在校期间的个性特征进行了调查。结果 一、二年级飞行学员各量表分差异均无显著性;一、四年级飞行学员EPQ的P、E、N、L四个量表分的差异均有显著性,即四年级飞行学员的E、N和L分均明显低于一年级飞行学员,而P分则明显高于一年级飞行学员;二、四年级飞行学员EPQ的P、E、N、L四个量表分的差异均有显著性,即四年级飞行学员的E、N、L分均明显低于二年级飞行学员,而P分则明显高于二年级飞行学员。结论 飞行学员在校期间的人格特征是稳定的,随着年级的增加,其人格趋于成熟。 Objective To explore the changing trend of personality traits of flight students. Methods Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ) was used to investigate the personality characteristics of 1991 flight students at a certain Air Force Academy during their school days. Results There was no significant difference between the first and second grade flight students in each scale. There were significant differences in the four scales of PQ, E, N and L among the first and fourth grade flight students, that is, E, N and L scores were significantly lower than the first-year flight students, while P points were significantly higher than the first-year flight students; PQ, E, N, L, There is significant, that the fourth grade flight trainees E, N, L points were significantly lower than the second-year flight trainees, while P points were significantly higher than the second-year flight trainees. Conclusion The trainees’ personality characteristics are stable during their school years. As their grade increases, their personality tends to be mature.
