稳定在兰姆下陷中心的 He-Ne 激光器的真空波长我们曾作过测量。当时的测量是对中国计量科学研究院实验工厂制造的外腔激光管进行的。随着作为波长标准的频率稳定的 He-Ne 激光器在各种精密测量中的应用日益普及,目前国内已有不少单位生产这种稳频激光器。但是它们的波长大部分都未经测量。为了能正确使用这种稳频激光器,必须知道准确的波长值和它们的重复性,同时必须估计到在使用过程中可能产生的波长漂移。为此,我们最近又对若干支不同类型的激光器作了绝对波长测量,并且同时利用拍频技术对各激光器之间的差拍作了测量,以确定所能得到的重复性。
The vacuum wavelength of a He-Ne laser that stabilized at the Lamb subsidence center was measured. The measurements at that time were performed on external laser tubes manufactured at the pilot plant of the China Institute of Metrology. As the frequency of the standard wavelength stabilized He-Ne laser in a variety of sophisticated measurement applications increasingly popular, at present there are many domestic units to produce such a frequency stabilized laser. But most of their wavelengths are unmeasured. In order to properly use this frequency-stabilized laser, accurate wavelength values and their repeatability must be known, and the wavelength drift that may occur during use must be estimated. To this end, we have recently made absolute wavelength measurements on several different types of lasers and, at the same time, measured beat between lasers using beat-frequency technique to determine the repeatability that can be achieved.
