本文选用~(14)C-苯氧基除草剂2,4-二氯苯氧基醋酸(2,4-D)、2,4-二氯苯氧基醋酸二甲基胺(2,4-D胺)、2,4-二氯苯氧基醋酸异辛基酯(2,4-D异辛基酯),以及2,4,5-三氯苯氧基醋酸三甲基胺(2,4,5-T胺),比较大鼠、家兔、猴和人经皮吸收的种间差异,并观察不同解剖部位及农药载体(溶剂)对化学物经皮吸收的影响,旨在估测动物模型能否可靠地预示农药对人的皮肤吸收。 ~(14)C-苯氧基除草剂的动物涂皮剂量为4μg
