本文利用数值计算方法首次定量化研究了钢筋笼的磁异常场,总结了钢筋笼的磁异常特征,重点讨论了测孔方位、桩孔距、多节钢筋笼等影响因素,并为磁法检测钢筋笼提供了定量化的参考值。通过模型桩试验,验证了理论计算的正确性,并利用理论计算所得的规律合理的对实测曲线进行了解释。结果显示:数值计算和现场试验基本吻合,通过钢筋笼曲线特征可以较好的判断钢筋笼长度和配筋率变化。本文的研究完善了基于磁法的钢筋笼检测方法,并可以做进一步推广。该方法也对其他构筑物内部的配筋检测有一定的指导意义。
In this paper, the numerical anlysis of the magnetic anomaly field of the steel cage is first carried out by numerical calculation. The magnetic anomaly characteristics of the steel cage are summarized. The influencing factors such as the hole orientation, Reinforcing cages provide a quantitative reference. Through the model pile test, the correctness of the theoretical calculation is verified, and the measured curve is reasonably explained by the law obtained from the theoretical calculation. The results show that the numerical calculation is in good agreement with the field test. The curve of the length of the reinforcement cage and the ratio of the reinforcement can be well judged by the curve characteristics of the reinforcement cage. The research of this paper has improved the detection method of steel cage based on magnetic method and can be further popularized. The method also has certain guiding significance for the detection of reinforcement inside other structures.
