三峡永久船闸二期工程混凝土工程量大,耐久性要求高,混凝土配合比的经济合理性至关重要。从配合比设计的角度对原材料组合,配合比设计方案选择,混凝土力学性能,耐久性试验等方面进行了分析,对粉煤灰掺量、外加剂双掺、龄期、温度等对混凝土强度耐久性的影响程度进行了总结归纳。同时结合施工实际,对配合比的使用效果进行了简要的总结评价。永久船闸混凝土施工实践表明,优选的混凝土配合比是符合设计要求的,选定的配合比参数是合理的。配合比设计试验过程中对粉煤灰掺量、外加剂掺量、温度控制等的认识是正确的。
