目的：观察中药复方降脂粉对模型小鼠血清总胆固醇的影响。结果：复方降脂粉组降低总胆固醇２１－９％ （Ｐ＜ ０．０５） ，非诺贝特组降低总胆固醇２２－２％ （Ｐ＜ ０．０５） 。中、西药组比较，无显著性差异。提示：复方降脂粉对小鼠实验性高胆固醇血症有良好的预防作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Chinese herbal compound lipid-lowering powder on serum total cholesterol in model mice. Results: The compound lipid-lowering powder group reduced total cholesterol by 21-9% (P<0.05), and the fenofibrate group decreased total cholesterol by 22-2% (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the Chinese and Western medicine groups. Tip: Compound lipid-lowering powder has a good preventive effect on experimental hypercholesterolemia in mice.
