针对橡胶沥青易离析、高粘度等缺点,研究采用脱硫橡胶粉制备脱硫橡胶沥青,利用脱硫橡胶沥青溶胀模型,分析其改性机理,并对制备工艺展开研究,同时与普通橡胶沥青进行对照试验,研究脱硫橡胶沥青的性能。研究结果表明,脱硫橡胶粉比普通橡胶粉更易溶胀于沥青中,且伴有大量的化学结合,形成的脱硫橡胶沥青稳定性高;脱硫橡胶粉的最佳掺量为30%,加工工艺为剪切速率5 000r/min、剪切温度170~180℃、剪切时间60min,发育时间45min;脱硫橡胶沥青较普通橡胶沥青的各项路用性能均有所改善,特别是175℃旋转黏度仅为普通橡胶沥青的1/4~1/3,48h软化点差约为普通橡胶沥青的1/2。
