目的 :探讨高负压在超声乳化手术中的应用 ,并对其效果进行评价。方法 :采用拦截劈核技术结合高负压 ,对 60只眼老年性白内障行超声乳化摘除术 ,另外 60只眼老年性白内障采用拦截劈核技术。喇叭头可以使超声乳化手术在超高负压下进行。结果 :应用高负压行超声乳化吸除术组 ,缩短了超声时间 ,减少了能量应用。手术后角膜清亮 ,视力迅速恢复。结论 :应用拦截劈核结合高负压技术使浪涌减少 ,前房稳定 ,降低温度 ,减少对创口灼伤 ,这是一种安全、有效的方法。
Objective: To explore the application of high negative pressure in phacoemulsification and to evaluate its effect. Methods: Intermittent cleaved nuclear technology combined with high negative pressure, 60 eyes with senile cataract phacoemulsification, the other 60 eyes with senile cataract using interception of cleaving nuclear technology. Trumpet head can make phacoemulsification under ultra-high vacuum. Results: The use of high negative pressure phacoemulsification group, shorten the ultrasound time and reduce the energy application. Cornea clear after surgery, visual acuity recovered quickly. Conclusion: It is a safe and effective method to reduce the surge, stabilize the anterior chamber, lower the temperature and reduce the burns to the wounds by using the interception of cleave core and high vacuum technology.
