张舜德,1965年2月生,博士(后),教授。1995年、2002年分别获西安交通大学机械工程硕士、博士学位,师从卢秉恒院士。曾任中国民主促进会宁波市委员会常委、经科委主任;政协十四届宁波市委会常委、宁波大红鹰学院副校长、国家示范性软件职业技术学院院长等职。现为国家科技型中小企业技术创新项目评审专家,美国计算机信息科学学院(ACCIS)客座教授,宁波市“4321”人才工程第一层次培养人选,浙江省高职高专计算机辅助设计与制造专业带头人、浙江省机械设计制造及自动化省级重点学科学术带头人。在国内外核心科技期刊发表论文70余篇,其中有10余篇被EI、ISTP收录,申请发明专利及实用新型专利60余项,曾获国家科技进步三等奖一项。
Zhang Shunde, born in February 1965, doctor (post), professor. In 1995, 2002 respectively by Xi’an Jiaotong University master’s degree in mechanical engineering, PhD, under the academician Lu Bingheng. Served as a member of Standing Committee of Ningbo Committee of China Association for Promoting Democracy and member of Science and Technology Commission; Standing Committee of Ningbo Municipal Committee of the 14th CPPCC; Vice President of Ningbo Dahongying College; and Dean of the National Demonstrative Software Vocational and Technical College. Now he is a review expert of national technology-based small and medium-sized technology innovation projects, a visiting professor of American College of Computer Information Science (ACCIS), a first-level talent training candidate of Ningbo 4343 ’s Talent Project, a computer aided design and manufacturing of higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang Province Professional leaders, Zhejiang Province, mechanical design and manufacture of key provincial provincial academic leaders. He has published more than 70 papers in core journals at home and abroad, including more than 10 articles by EI and ISTP, applied for more than 60 invention patents and utility model patents and won one third prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award.
