大鼠染锡矿尘后,肺组织脂质过氧化物水平和谷胱苷肽过氧化酶活性均显著高于对照组,肺组织细胞增生亦趋于活跃。锡矿尘所引起的这些反应与强致癌物3-MCA相似,绿茶能抑制此类反应。结果提示,脂质过氧化物增多可能是锡矿尘致肺损伤并诱发肺癌的机制中的一个重要环节,适当摄入绿茶作为抗氧化剂对降低锡矿工人肺癌高发可能具有重要意义。
Rats stained with tin dust, lung tissue lipid peroxidation and glutathione peroxidase activity were significantly higher than the control group, pulmonary cell proliferation also tends to be active. These reactions caused by tin mine dust are similar to the strong carcinogen 3-MCA, and green tea suppresses such reactions. The results suggest that increased lipid peroxidation may be an important link in the mechanism of lung injury induced by tin dust and lung cancer. Appropriate intake of green tea as an antioxidant may be of great importance to reduce the high incidence of lung cancer in tin miners.
