目的了解天津市某健康管理中心体检人群血尿酸(SUA)水平。方法以251例健康体检人群为研究对象,通过问卷调查和体检报告获得研究对象的相关信息。结果 251例体检人群男女性高尿酸血症的患病率分别为16.1%和5.7%,男性高尿酸血症的患病率高于女性。绝经后女性的SUA水平高于未绝经女性。以下生活行为与血尿酸水平升高有关:①奶类、蔬菜、水果、酱油、维生素制剂摄入频次较小,煎炸食品、腌制食品摄入频次较高;②曾经或现在吸烟、饮酒频次较高,开始吸烟年龄和首次饮酒年龄较小,喝醉次数和喝酒频次较高;③工作压力较大和加班频次高。随着体质指数(BMI)值、血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、平均动脉压、血肌酐的增加,SUA水平升高,随着HDL-c水平的增加,SUA水平降低,扣除年龄和性别的影响后,BMI、甘油三酯、平均动脉压、血肌酐、HDL-c水平与SUA之间的关联性仍存在。代谢综合征(MS)患者的SUA水平高于非MS组,随MS组分增多,SUA水平升高。结论天津市某健康管理中心体检人群中,男性、不良饮食、吸烟、饮酒、女性绝经、工作压力大、经常加班等与SUA水平升高有关,SUA水平与BMI、血脂指标、血压、血肌酐水平等代谢性指标和代谢综合征密切相关。
Objective To understand the level of serum uric acid (SUA) in a health checkup center in Tianjin. Methods A total of 251 healthy people were included in the study, and the relevant information of the subjects was obtained through questionnaires and physical examination reports. Results The prevalence rates of male and female hyperuricemia in 251 subjects were 16.1% and 5.7%, respectively. The prevalence of hyperuricemia in men was higher than that in women. SUA levels in postmenopausal women are higher than in non-menopausal women. The following living behaviors are associated with elevated serum uric acid levels: (1) the frequency of intake of milk, vegetables, fruits, soy sauce and vitamin preparations is relatively low; the frequency of frequent ingestion of fried foods and preserved foods is higher; (2) Higher, the age at which they started to smoke and their first drinking age were smaller, their drunkenness and drinking frequency were higher; and the work pressure was higher and overtime frequency was higher. The level of SUA increased with the increase of body mass index (BMI), serum total cholesterol, triglyceride, mean arterial pressure and serum creatinine, and the level of SUA decreased with the increase of HDL-c After BMI, triglycerides, mean arterial pressure, serum creatinine, HDL-c levels and the association between SUA still exists. The level of SUA in patients with metabolic syndrome (MS) was higher than that in non-MS patients. With the increase of MS, the SUA level increased. Conclusion SUA levels were positively correlated with the levels of SUA, BMI, blood lipid, blood pressure, serum creatinine level in the physical examination population of a health management center in Tianjin. There was a significant correlation between SUA level and SUA levels in males, poor diet, smoking, alcohol consumption, Metabolic indicators such as metabolic syndrome are closely related.
