重庆市总工会办公室报道重庆市总工会围绕“谈什么”、“谁去谈”、“怎么谈”在企业中推动工资集体协商工作,着力保障职工参与管理和监督的民主权利。突出协商重点解决“谈什么”。参照非公法人数据库建立企业台账,针对性确定协商重点。国有及控股企业重点谈管理人员与普通职工工资结构比例以及新一轮国企改革中职工经济利益;生产经营正常的非公企业突出谈工资增长,对生产经营困难的突出谈工资支付办法和工资保底
