目的探讨生长抑素与代谢综合征相关生化及抗氧化指标的关系。方法测定代谢综合征、代谢综合征高危人群以及正常人群的血清生长抑素(SS)水平、抗氧化相关指标。结果 (1)代谢综合征和高危组SS水平均显著低于正常组。(2)代谢综合征和高危组血清超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱苷肽过氧化物酶水平显著低于正常组,MDA水平显著高于正常组。(3)血清SS水平与AI(r=-0.24,P<0.01)、HOMA-IR(r=-0.23,P<0.05)、MDA(r=-0.25,P<0.01)水平呈负相关。结论机体糖、脂代谢紊乱代谢综合征及高危人群SS水平显著降低,氧化应激程度增加。
Objective To investigate the relationship between somatostatin and metabolic syndrome-related biochemical and antioxidant indexes. Methods The levels of serum somatostatin (SS) and anti-oxidative indexes in patients with metabolic syndrome, metabolic syndrome at high risk and normal population were determined. Results (1) Metabolic syndrome and high-risk group SS levels were significantly lower than the normal group. (2) The levels of serum superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase in the metabolic syndrome and high risk group were significantly lower than those in the normal group, the MDA level was significantly higher than that in the normal group. (3) Serum SS levels were negatively correlated with AI (r = -0.24, P <0.01), HOMA-IR (r = -0.23, P <0.05) and MDA (r = -0.25, P <0.01). Conclusions The level of SS and the level of oxidative stress in patients with metabolic syndrome and metabolic syndrome with high glucose and lipid metabolism are significantly decreased.
