二、酸化油乳化液的配制先制成酸化油,再制成油膏,最后配制乳化液。 1.制造酸化油: (1)配方(按重量比例计算): 蓖麻油……………………75％浓硫酸(比重1.84)……25％ (2)制法: ①按配制量和配方重量比例计算,井称量好用料。②把蓖麻油倒在铁皮桶内。在桶的内壁,安装玻璃温度表一只,水银球浸没在油中。桶侧放好滴定架,架上有转塞的玻璃漏斗。关好转塞,把浓硫酸注入滴定漏斗中。
