3月30日,北京市金融局、网信办等单位联合发布《北京市群众举报涉嫌非法集资线索奖励办法》。办法规定,对被采用的举报线索最高可奖励10万元,奖励资金纳入市级财政预算。办法依据国务院《关于进一步做好防范和处置非法集资工作的意见》(国发[2015]59号)和《北京市进一步做好防范和处置非法集资工作的管理办法》(京政办发[2016]2号)相关规定而制定。
On March 30, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Finance and Network Information Office jointly issued the “Measures for Rewards of Illegal Fund Raising in Beijing by People in Beijing.” The Measures stipulate that a maximum of 100,000 yuan may be rewarded for the reported clues employed, and the reward funds will be included in the municipal budget. The Measures According to the “Opinions of the State Council on Further Doing and Prevention of Illegal Fund-raising Work” (Guo Fa [2015] No. 59) and the “Measures for the Administration of Beijing in Further Strengthening the Prevention and Handling of Illegal Fund-raising Work” ] No. 2) to develop the relevant provisions.
