苧麻纤维是高结晶度的天然纤维,有关其形态结构已作了大量的研究。一般认为,原苧麻纤维属于纤维素Ⅰ结构,经各种处理后可分别得到纤维素Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ和碱纤维素Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ结构,但无论那一种结构的苧麻纤维都认为是多晶物而未观察到苧麻纤维的单晶。本文报道苧麻纤维素Ⅱ的单晶。将已处理过的苧麻纤维(已证明是纤维素Ⅱ的结构)放在二甲基亚砜溶剂中,并用超声波分散成悬浮液,把悬浮液滴在铜网上,用JEM-100CX(Ⅱ)透射电镜进行研究。
Ramie fiber is a high degree of crystallinity of natural fibers, the morphology of its structure has been a lot of research. It is generally believed that the original ramie fiber belongs to the structure of cellulose I. After various treatments, the structures of cellulose Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ and alkali cellulose Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ can be obtained respectively. However, the structure of ramie fiber Polymorphs were considered as single crystals of ramie fibers. This paper reports the single crystal of ramie cellulose Ⅱ. The treated ramie fiber (proved to be the structure of cellulose II) was placed in a dimethylsulfoxide solvent and dispersed into a suspension by sonication. The suspension was dropped onto a copper mesh and transmitted through a JEM-100CX (II) Electron microscopy research.
