去年,学校安排我担任六(2)班的班主任。通过走访任课教师和部分学生得知:班里纪律特别乱,班内公物经常被学生破坏。这不,刚接班主任才一天,班内一男生就哭着向我告状:他的凳子不知被谁砸坏了。在教室里,我看到凳子的残腿破面被散乱地扔在地上,特别生气,但又不知“凶手”是谁。我压了压心中的火气,把凳子的残腿破面收拾到了办公室。心想查出是谁干的一定要给他点儿厉害看看,也算是新官上任烧的第一把火吧。
