分别以无水乙醇,环己烷作为形状控制剂,用机械微加工法制备了片状羰基铁粉,研究了形状控制剂对羰基铁粉微加工的结构及电磁性能的影响。研究发现:相比无水乙醇,采用弱极性的环己烷作为形状控制剂进行不同时间的微加工所制备的样品具有更加完整的片状结构,且小碎颗粒也很少;微加工24h后样品的介电常数在2~18GHz波段平均降低了25%,而两者的磁导率则相差不大;较低的介电常数有利于阻抗匹配,具有更好的微波吸收性能。这为调控采用机械微加工法制备的片状羰基铁粉的电磁特性提供了一种有效方法。
Carbonyl iron powder was prepared by mechanical micromachining using anhydrous ethanol and cyclohexane as the shape control agent respectively. The effects of shape control agent on the microstructure and electromagnetic properties of carbonyl iron powder were studied. The results showed that compared with anhydrous ethanol, samples prepared by micro-processing with weakly polar cyclohexane as shape-control agent at different times had a more complete sheet-like structure with less finely divided particles. Micro-processing 24h The dielectric constant of the sample decreases by 25% on average in the band of 2 ~ 18GHz, while the permeability of the two samples shows little difference. The lower dielectric constant is favorable for impedance matching and has better microwave absorption performance. This provides an effective method for controlling the electromagnetic properties of the sheet-shaped carbonyl iron powder prepared by the mechanical micro-machining method.
