预应力弹托辊是一种新型的托辊机构,本文对其在径向载荷及轴向载荷作用下进行了受力分析,得出了预应力弹簧托辊的强度准则.根据计算知,预应力弹簧托辊的强度主要受轴向载荷的影响,弹簧托辊中间截断面是危险截面,托辊旋转时虽受循环应力作用,但应力幅值较小,强度校核时可按静态处理.
