1台使用超过20年的徐工QY25A型汽车起重机,其底盘、起升、变幅及回转机构性能仍稳定可靠,具有较好的可修复性。但是其发动机和传动系统故障频发,造成利用率、工作效率、技术经济综合指标过低,已经无法满足公司施工生产需要。为此,我们决定对该起重机发动机进行技术改造。本文在对该起重机发动机技术改造进行可行性分析的基础上,提出具体改造方案并予以实施。
A Taiwan used more than 20 years XCMG QY25A truck crane, the chassis, lifting, luffing and slewing mechanism performance is still stable and reliable, with good reparability. However, frequent failures of the engine and transmission system lead to low utilization rate, work efficiency and low technical and economic comprehensive indexes, thus failing to meet the construction and production needs of the Company. To this end, we decided to make technical modifications to the crane engine. Based on the feasibility analysis of this crane engine technological innovation, this paper puts forward the concrete reform plan and carries it out.
