Since 2011, the output value of China’s traditional export industries has shown a clear downward trend in the growth rate and the proportion of total output value. However, some traditional advantages of the export-oriented Fujian Province have not shown any obvious decline in export industries. Fujian Customs related statistics show that in 2011, Fujian Province shoe exports
