为了解莫匹罗星在我国应用8年多，其抗药性有无变化?与其他抗生素发生耐药性的情况有何差异?我们对在24例皮炎湿疹类及感染性皮肤病皮损表面或分泌物中分离出的24株细菌进行莫匹罗星等8种抗生素的药敏试验。结果：莫匹罗星仅2株MIC为32mg/L，属低耐药，无临床意义。而环丙沙星等其他8种抗生素的耐药率达17.6％至88.2％，明显高于莫匹罗星。尢其对MRSA/MRSE更为突出，达28.5％至100％。显示莫匹罗星仍然是目前最佳的皮肤抗感染外用药物。
