1984年,我厂按照“液压件清洁度暂行检测办法”,对YB1系列叶片泵作了清洁度检测,发现各档的清洁度均超标,后经过半年的“治脏治漏”工作,清洁度值均被控制在指标以内。其值如下:YB_1—10、25、50、100,分别为181.1、197.5、223.3、251.0_(mg)。指标虽然达到了,但是不是最佳值?经半年来,对数十台泵的定期抽查,显微分析表明,污染物成份主要是:铸铁铁屑54%、砂粒31%、灰尘10.5%,铜屑0.5%,其它占4%。占比重较大的铁屑与砂粒来自何处?是由试验台带入液压泵的?还是零件未清洗干净,遗留下来的?
