目的 探索正确诊断和有效治疗功能性发声障碍的手段。方法 用频闪喉镜显示患者喉腔全貌和声带的动态变化 ,用声门分析仪检测并记录患者发声的频率、音调和音域。然后根据诊断结果采用药物常规治疗和音声专门训练。结果 1 991~ 1 997年接诊的近 2 0 0 0例声音嘶哑患者当中 ,1 1 0例被确诊患有功能性发声障碍 ,其中功能亢进性患者 4 8例 ,功能低下性患者 62例。经治疗 ,86例患者发声恢复正常 ,2 0例基本正常 ,仅 4例无变化。结论 使用频闪喉镜和声门分析仪等先进的仪器 ,可以正确诊断功能性发声障碍 ,而药物常规治疗和音声专门训练是治疗功能性发声障碍较为理想的方法。
Objective To explore the correct diagnosis and effective treatment of functional speech dysfunction means. Methods The laryngeal mirror was used to show the dynamic changes of the larynx and vocal cords of the patients. The glottis analyzer was used to detect and record the frequency, pitch and range of the vocalization. Then based on the diagnosis of the use of conventional medical treatment and sound training. Results Of the nearly 2000 cases of hoarseness admitted from 1991 to 1997, 110 were diagnosed with functional dysphonia, of which 48 were hyperthyroidism and 62 were dysfunctional. After treatment, 86 patients returned to normal sound, 20 cases were normal, only 4 cases no change. Conclusion The advanced instruments such as flicker laryngoscope and glottic analyzer can correctly diagnose dysfunctional vocal dysfunction. However, conventional medicine and sound training are the ideal methods for the treatment of functional vocal dysfunction.
