建设行业作为国家的支柱产业,其发展受到了各行各业的关注与重视,同时对于建设工程项目的造价也成为人们普遍讨论的重要话题。工程造价的管理和控制是企业的核心,是企业发展的决定因素,做好造价控制才能保证企业的利润,才能让企业立于不败之地。本文分析了建设项目工程造价管理过程中存在的问题,并提出了相关策略,希望可以为同行业者提供借鉴。
As a national pillar industry, the development of construction industry has drawn the attention and attention from all walks of life. At the same time, the construction cost of construction projects has also become an important issue that people generally discuss. Project cost management and control is the core of the enterprise, is the decisive factor in the development of enterprises, good cost control can guarantee the profits of enterprises in order to allow enterprises to invincible. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of construction project cost management and puts forward some related strategies, hoping to provide reference for the same industry.
