飞机液体系统由于其高换热系数、较高的冷却效率及稳定的工作能力将成为现代高性能飞机的电子设备散热的必然。国内飞机液冷系统的研究刚刚起步,技术尚不完善,为了研究液冷系统的性能进而需测量系统管路的流量,而目前尽管地面系统涉及的液体流量测量方法较多,但由于设备体积较大难以在飞机上实施。另外,由于军事保密等原因,国外的相关报道甚少。鉴于上述原因,提供一种结构简单、安装方便的飞机液冷系统流量的测量方法迫在眉睫。据此,本文提出了一种可用于飞机液冷系统测量的测量方法,其考虑了飞行加速度对流量测量的影响。同时,以弯管为例,通过数值模拟的方法,获得了弯管压降的无量纲关系式。论文的研究成果将为飞机液冷系统流量的测量和计算提供技术参考。

Accordingly, this paper presents a measurement method that can be used for the measurement of aircraft liquid cooling system, which takes into account the impact of flight acceleration on the flow measurement. At the same time, taking the elbow as an example, through the numerical simulation method, the dimensionless relation of elbow pressure drop is obtained. The research results of the paper will provide technical reference for the measurement and calculation of the flow of aircraft liquid-cooling system.
