目的建立气相色谱-质谱法测定血样中三甲基氯化锡(TMT)的方法。方法血样先用乙腈萃取,然后用四乙基硼酸钠衍生化,衍生产物经毛细管色谱柱分离,气相色谱-质谱法测定。结果血样中TMT水平在0.025 9~2.590 0μg呈线性关系,相关系数为0.999 8,最低检出质量浓度为0.009 mg/L(以取1.0 ml血样计算)。相对标准偏差为2.2%~5.0%,回收率为75.7%~77.8%,样品在4℃中至少可保存14 d。结论该方法灵敏度高,结果可靠,操作简便,可用于血样中TMT检测。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of trimethyltin chloride (TMT) in blood samples by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Methods Blood samples were extracted with acetonitrile and then derivatized with sodium tetraethylborate. The derivatized products were separated by capillary column chromatography and determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Results There was a linear relationship between the levels of TMT and 0.025 9-2.590 0 μg in blood samples, with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 8 and a minimum detectable concentration of 0.009 mg / L (calculated as 1.0 ml blood sample). The relative standard deviations (RSDs) ranged from 2.2% to 5.0% and the recoveries ranged from 75.7% to 77.8%. The samples were stored for at least 14 days at 4 ° C. Conclusion The method has high sensitivity, reliable results and easy operation. It can be used for TMT detection in blood samples.
