特殊化妆品是以美容、护肤、消除人体不良气味为目的的化妆品,介于药品与化妆品之间,此类产品必须加入一些特殊成分,以具有某些特殊功能,而这些特殊成分往往具一定毒性.事实上,特殊化妆品引起人体皮肤过敏、色素沉着、眼睛损伤等不良反应屡有报道,长期使用甚至产生对人体的远期危害.为加强对我省特殊化妆品卫生管理提供依据,我们根据GB7919—87《化妆品安全性评价程序和方法》对我省113份特殊化妆品进行了毒性检测及安全性评价.
Special cosmetics are cosmetics for the purpose of beauty, skin care, and elimination of bad odors from the human body. In order to strengthen the basis for the provision of special cosmetics hygiene management in our province, we according to GB7919-87 The “Safety Evaluation Procedures and Methods for Cosmetics” performed toxicity testing and safety evaluation on 113 special cosmetics in our province.
